Banana Berry High Protein Smoothie ​

Ingredients
30 gm My Lifestyle Protein - Vanilla flavour
2 cups skim milk
1 piece ripe frozen banana
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 scoop greek style low fat yoghurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp shredded coconut
Method
 
  1. Dissolve My Lifestyle protein in cold skim milk and stir well.
  2. Put banana, berry, yoghurt, milk, chia seeds and shredded coconut into the blender and mix well.​
  3. Place the smoothie into the serving cups and decorate with extra raspberries and mint leaves.
