Add one scoop of My Lifestyle Protein – I choose vanilla.
Portions of your favourite fruit 
Method
Stir and mix My Lifestyle Protein with your yoghurt spoon until a consistent blend.
Protein berry yoghurt
Add some portions of your favourite fruit – strawberries in season are delicious!
