High Protein Blackberry Smoothie
1 scoop (30 g) My Lifestyle Protein (Vanilla flavour)
1 1/4 cups low fat milk (or other milk of choice such as almond milk)
1.5 cups of frozen blackberries
1 scoop low fat yoghurt
Extra blackberries and mint leaves for garnish
Pour milk into a blender then add berries, yoghurt, then protein powder. Blend until smooth. Top with extra berries and mint leaves.
